Connecting Past, Present, Future – CA State Parks Week

Tue, June 14, 2022, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join Sugarloaf staff Desi Harp on an approximately 2-mile evening walk followed by a campfire storytelling event at the group camp highlighting some of the native peoples of the Mayacamas Mountains to celebrate the first annual California State Parks Week, (June 14-18) presented by California State ParksSave the Redwoods LeagueParks California and the California State Parks Foundation. Through special community events and in-person and virtual programming, this inaugural event celebrates California’s 279 state parks and the people who visit and help protect these iconic places.

Our meeting point will be the White Barn. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, layers, and if desired, a snack and something to sit on. The event is free but requires registration. Parking fees apply.
