Get ready for snow in August, a Mardi Gras parade, Talk like a Pirate day and more at the Sonoma County Fair, August 3 – August 13! The Hall of Flowers floral design theme will be “Holidays in Bloom”, in conjunction with the Fair’s 2016 theme “Holidaze at the Sonoma County Fair”. Wine Country Horse Racing bursts out of the gates along with opening day of the Fair and runs August 3 – 6, August 10 – 13 and continues after the Fair August 18 – 20. Other highlights include our Community Concert Series FREE with Fair Admission, a spectacular new carnival, PRCA Rodeo, Destruction Derby, Monster Trucks, holiday themed activities, Lorikeet Encounter, Reptile Exhibit, High Diving Pirates of the Caribbean, livestock shows, comedy nights and so much more.
