Art Reception for "Bounty" at Hopscotch Gifts & Gallery

Sat, June 8, 2019, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Hopscotch Gifts & Gallery presents a new art show called “Bounty” to celebrate the abundance and beautiful vibe of Northern California. Work for this show has been selected by gallery owner Kay Young for this lively exhibit. Northern California, especially Sonoma County, is a wealth of natural wonder, agricultural abundance, and spiritual awareness. This show pays respect to that richness and diversity of spirit and terrain.
The easy-going Sonoma County sensibility, present in this show, will make you smile while lowering your blood pressure. Healdsburg is the perfect setting for such a laid back and sensory filling show.

The public is invited to a free artist reception which will take place on Saturday, June 8 from 4-8. Enjoy light refreshments and fiddle playing by Adam Hill. The gallery is located at 126 Matheson in Healdsburg.

Featured artists include impressionistic painted Sonoma County landscapes by San Diego artist Alexandra Rubio (ex Rohnert Park resident), the vibrant meditative paintings by Petaluma artist DeAnne Olguin Williamson, oversized single floral images and prints by Nancy McLennon of Kentfield, CA, enhanced photography of vegetables by Woodside, CA artist Thomas Johnson, and metaphysical and nature images presented in photomontage by Windsor, CA artist Lozja L. Mattas.

For more information please call Kay Young at 707-431-8861.

Show runs from June 8-July 21, 2019
