Midnight Transit is one of the hottest bay area bands around, achieving a mesmerizing live performance that will leave you wanting more. Winners of 2014 North Bay Bohemian Awards for Best Rock Band and winners of 2013 Petaluma People’s Choice Awards for Best Band, Midnight Transit have been hard at work writing new material for a full-length album after the release of their EP in 2015. The band crafts a high energy sound that blends riff-riding rock & roll, with a vintage, soulful pop that makes you want to move and keeps you in the groove! From the youthful rock/dance crowd to the experienced fans of The Chambers Brothers, Midnight Transit bridges the age gap and makes music that impresses your heart, mind, body and soul!
Dylan Chambers, our frontman, was born to rock & roll, literally! A second generation rocker, Dylan is the son of Lester Chambers of The Chambers Brothers, a 60’s psychedelic rock band best notable for their worldwide hit song “Time Has Come Today”. Dylan carries on the passion and musical heritage while maintaining his own unique sound and style. Dylan has been entertaining from the age of four, shared stages with numerous musical icons and has performed at iconic venues from coast to coast.
Zach Nieman, our drummer, has a special passion for music, videography and production. His videos have racked up millions of views worldwide. In 2017 his foray into commercial music received a Grammy Nomination for the electronic smash “Cali Coast (Psionics Remix)”.
Chris Cunningham, our bassist, has been playing all around Northern California for the past ten years. As an accomplished studio and live sound engineer, he has worked with hundreds of musicians from a vast expanse of genres. Born from a family of musicians, he has lived and breathed music all his life.
Nick Millsap is a self-taught left-handed guitarist/songwriter that has been playing guitar since the age of thirteen and plays a right-handed guitar flipped over (treble E at the top). With influences like Slash and Zakk Wylde, Nick has developed a melodic, fast playing style which fuels his live performance and studio creativity.

Sebastian is an award-winning American Rock-Folk/Blues influenced singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer from Northern California.
While co-creating and fronting 2 award-winning bands Hillside Fire and currently Highway Poets, Sebastian has written and released 3 DIY albums. Been voted People’s Choice Best Performer in Sonoma County, has received 3 North Bay Music Awards and an award from the West Coast Songwriters Association.
He’s currently in the studio working on his debut solo record as well as a new The Highway Poets recording.
