On Saturday, October 5th from 12-7 p.m. Cloverdale’s annual Oktoberfest and Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch will take place in the Plaza. The Showcase Band will kick off the festivities at noon. www.showcasetheband.com.
What to expect at this event: Brats, Beer & Wine, Pumpkins and Gourds for sale in all colors, sizes and shapes including gourds and specialty pumpkins, Ooops the Clown with his amazing balloon twisting and magic show, Frenchie, the Face Painter, Halloween Activity House, Photos with a Giant Pumpkin, Vendors, Halloween candy and goodies, caricature artist. Don’t miss the silent auction with over 125 items donated from the community, which includes wine, tours, restaurant dining, activities, spas, getaway packages and much more. This community event is a joint fundraiser between Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch, benefitting the Courtney Jade Davis Memorial Scholarship at CHS as well as local cancer patients, and the Kiwanis Club of Cloverdale. Both organizations are 501©(3) non-profit tax-exempt charities.
