Free Health & Wellness Walk for all ages and levels of ability to enjoy – come walk with Rotary Club of Petaluma Valley and enjoy beautiful Steamer Landing & Riverfront Parks off D Street in West Petaluma!

As the Rotary Club of Petaluma Valley celebrated 50 years of service to the community last year, this lively service club has revived Rotary Walks last year now called “Rotary Community Walks”.

Join Club President, Renee McKenna and other club and community members for a fun healthy walk together. Free snacks and water will be provided. Dogs on leash are welcomed.

Petaluma Valley Rotary (https://petalumavalleyrotary.org/ ) originally created this wellness walking program in 2005 to benefit the Petaluma community and beyond. The club hosted a series of community walks in the fall and spring with local partners providing services and support to the program including the Petaluma Health Care District (now Healthy Petaluma), Petaluma City Parks & Recreation, City of Petaluma GIS team, Petaluma Animal Hospital and local fitness instructors who provided warm-ups for the walk attendees. The club was honored with a Rotary International President’s Award for “Best New Community Service Project” for this program.
