San Francisco native Daniel Fríes is one of the Bay Area’s premier flamenco and Spanish guitarists. He performs as an accompanist for flamenco song and dance, as well as a soloist, and with his instrumental Rumba, Latin, and Brazilian-focused group Trio Paz. His alluring flamenco-inspired solo guitar music ranges from exciting and uplifting to deep and dreamy. Allan Ulrich of the San Francisco Chronicle has called him an “exceptional musician”.
