"Up the 5" Feature Film Debut with Musical Guests at The Phoenix Theater

Join Petaluma brothers Jesse and Gabriel Adams for a one-night-only screening of their debut feature film Up The 5, written and directed by Gabriel Adams and produced and scored by Jesse Adams. All proceeds go to support the Phoenix Theater. The film will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers and cast, and surprise musical guests for a full evening of entertainment.

Both Petaluma High graduates, the Adams brothers grew up spending afternoons at the Phoenix theater, Jesse (29) playing music and Gabriel (27) painting murals. Jesse currently is the keyboardist/accordion player and musical director of the popular Sonoma County Band Royal Jelly Jive. Gabriel lives in Los Angeles where he is a film director, production designer and art director.

Up The 5 is a road trip comedy about an LA slacker whose car gets stolen by sister con artists while he’s racing up Interstate 5 to San Francisco for his father’s funeral.
