19th Annual Pumpkin Jamboree at the Windsor Market-Kids decorate pumpkins and families build Scarecrows to take home, Windsor Garden Club Fall Plant Sale, Country Games, Kids Costume Parade starts at Snoopy statue at 10:30, Mimosas & Mary’s with Windsor Chamber, Live Jam with 4th St Jazz Band, Brunch, BBQ and the seasons best fresh produce, preserved foods and crafts.
