7 playwrights. 7 directors. 7 groups of actors will create 7 ten-minute plays in 24 hours!
Our patrons have voted on a theme for the writers and a single line of dialogue that must be in all plays. On Friday, the theme and dialogue winners are announced live. The writers, directors and actors are introduced and put into their performance “pods.” Playwrights then have 12 hours to write their ten-minute plays.
The directors and actors spend all day Saturday rehearsing and recording the plays via Zoom. That evening at 7:30 we share what these talents have created. 7 original plays written, rehearsed and performed in 24 hours!
