The Curator in Conversation with Jeff Nathanson

Thu, October 19, 2017, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Guest Curator of Unpacked: Contemporary Works From Private Collections in Northern California, Temple Shipley, together with Executive Director Jeff Nathanson, will have an entertaining and insightful conversation about the collectors in the exhibit, the curatorial process, and the relationship between the art and the collectors. They will discuss the motivations behind collecting and the philanthropy that accompanies it. This exhibit is a rare opportunity to see artwork from the two private collections.
