Discover how great you will feel when you start the new year off on the right foot on the 2021 First Day Hike. Our 8th Annual Hike to the Summit of the Park can be either a personal challenge to see if you can still make to the top or the start of the new year to get back into shape, designed for all fitness levels with guides to help you return to the parking lot at any time. The whole hike is 8 miles and moderately strenuous. Smile and be ready to have your picture taken at the top of the mountain while enjoying the views.
By participating in our First Day Hikes you will also participate in the national “First Day Hikes” movement sponsored by America’s State Parks, offering an opportunity to kick off your new year with a healthy start.
