LandPaths’ welcomes the public to the 15th annual Harvest Festival at Bayer Neighborhood Park and Gardens in Roseland! This popular event brings out the neighborhood and community members from all over Sonoma County for a day of fun and inspiration for the whole family!
This year’s festival activities include live music in the park gazebo, a DJ, activities for kids, beautiful displays of produce, herbs, and fruit by the volunteer harvesters at Bayer Farm, which is LandPaths’ community garden where dozens of families grow their own fresh, organic food.
A community engagement fair will be a place to get information from partner organizations like the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation, Ceres, Sonoma RCD, the Xerces Society, Seneca Center, Community Action Network, Latino Service Providers, the City of Santa Rosa, Sonoma County Ag +Open Space, La Plaza, and much more!
There will be a food truck, and other food vendors, a hydration stations (bring your own water bottles), and the Sonoma County Library Bibliobus on site. Plus, art and storytelling activities for kids in the garden, free ice cream (first come, first served), and the famous salsa competition that pits neighbor against neighbor to see whose salsa will reign supreme!
Featured performers include the Sonoma County Pomo Dancers, Danza Xantotl, Rasquaches, and more live acts to be announced. Everyone is invited to this neighborhood celebration!
