Through evacuations, fires, planned power shut-offs, other life stressors, and now a global pandemic, it is important to take care of our well-being and connect with others. The vision of the Sonoma Community Resilience Collaborative, born in the aftermath of the 2017 fires, is to embed and sustain these tools for resilience in our community. These tools have been around for centuries and can be used regardless of the situation —whether it be preparing for a natural disaster, a presentation at school, dealing with tantrums or even preparing for surgery, these tools can be used anywhere and anytime. Join us and our guest facilitator, Nichole Warwick, from the Sonoma Community Resilience Collaborative,as she explores environmental stressors and provides us with tools to navigate difficult situations. Together,we will build our inner resilience
