Mitchell Thomas & Faith Waligora at The Big Easy

Mitchell Thomas is a musician, singer-songwriter, guitar teacher, and educator from Petaluma, California.  He has performed his unique blend of original music around Sonoma County and southern California for the last two decades.  Last year, Mitchell released his third solo album, MT, which draws inspiration from artists such as James Taylor, Bruce Hornsby, and Julian Lage. After completing his Doctorate of Musical Arts in Studio/Jazz Guitar at USC, MItchell taught music courses in Fort Collins, Colorado. Currently, Mitchell is on the music faculty at Santa Rosa Junior College where he teaches private jazz guitar lessons for their Applied program. He also teaches guitar and music theory on YouTube at MT Guitar, which currently has over 50k subscribers.
