The Spring Lake Water Bark is a fundraiser for the Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation, which raises money for more than 50 dog-friendly parks and trails in the Sonoma County Regional Parks system.
One of the most popular dog events in the Bay Area, this event opens the swimming lagoon for dogs to enjoy off-leash romping and swimming. The water in the lagoon is filtered, chlorinated and closely monitored by Regional Parks staff to ensure it is safe for dogs. The lagoon is separate from Spring Lake, which is not treated.
Dates and times for the 2021 Water Bark event are the following separate sessions:
Saturday and Sunday, October 2-3, 2021, 9 a.m. to Noon and Noon to 4 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, October 9-10, 2021, 9 a.m. to Noon and Noon to 4 p.m.
