New policy effective September 1, 2021: The Phoenix Theater will require guests to provide proof upon entry of either a completed vaccination against COVID-19 or a documented negative COVID-19 test result from within 72 hours prior to the show date.
Proof of vaccination or test result may be given in the form of a paper copy or digital image of a guest’s vaccine card or test result.
Additionally, there is a mask mandate indoors at all of our shows as well.
